What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity starts at 50 pieces for most products. For badge machines, we accept single unit orders. Contact us for specific product minimums.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes 2-4 weeks from proof approval to delivery. Rush options are available for urgent orders — contact us for details.
Do you provide free art proofs?
Yes! Every order includes a free digital art proof before production begins. You can request unlimited revisions until the design matches your vision. Production does not start until you approve the proof.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. If you only have a rough sketch or idea, our design team can work with that too — just describe what you want.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping time is typically 3-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer sea freight for large orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, and major credit cards. For orders over $500, we offer a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we can produce a pre-production sample for you to approve before starting bulk production. Sample fees vary by product type but are typically credited toward your bulk order.
