Payments: Full payment is required before production begins. For orders over $500, a 30% deposit is accepted with balance due before shipping.

Refund Policy: Custom products are non-refundable once production has begun. If defective, we will remake at no charge.

Shipping: We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes in destination countries. Shipping times are estimates only.
